Liturgy in the Park cancelled; Liturgy at St. George this Sunday

First Day of Church School

Our final day with our Bishop last weekend began with a Matins Service, a church school class blessing and Liturgy.  The Bishop also tonsured a new Reader in our church – James “Seraphim” Rossetti, and said prayers for September 11th. More Gatherings with our Bishop

On Saturday, Bishop Thomas gathered with our Myrrh Bearing Women’s organization for an enjoyable luncheon with lively and encouraging discussions.  After a beautiful Vespers service, the Bishop then met with the Parish Council at the lovely Kabazie residence.

We kicked off our weekend with Bishop Thomas with a super fun church school family gathering at Wildlife Lanes Bowling Alley. We had a great turnout with over 40 participants.

Thank you for a successful Food Fair

We want to give a big thanks to everyone who supported our Food Fair last weekend.  We sold out of most items thanks to all of you who came and and to all of you who helped us publicize the event.  There were over 50 shares of our festival Facebook posts, so thank you all for that!
